I am looking forward to spring, longer days, warm sun and all the quilting activities and events that are on the horizon. We are getting more excited about our anniversary celebrations including our open house on April 25. There will be draws, specials, demos , lots of fun and of course goody bags. A number of our suppliers have even come on board to help with prizes and giveaways.
The January draw winner of a $25 Gift Certificate was Pat G. I want to thank everyone who came to The Quilt Place during Jan. We had a very successful customer appreciation sale.

We are continuing to make monthly draws. March’s draw is also for a $25 Gift Certificate. Future draws may be for items we have received from our suppliers to help us celebrate our anniversary.

Quilters Connection Magazine is published quarterly and the spring issue will be arriving shortly. This magazine is full of patterns and articles by Canadian designers. There are lots of tips and tricks to help with your quilting projects. Check it out at www.quiltersconnection.ca
Canadian Quilters’ Magazine – This is the newsletter of the Canadian Quilters’ Association and is published quarterly. The spring edition has arrived and a limited copies are available. This magazine covers guild activities across Canada. Included are a lot of pictures from quilt shows and events, articles on various aspects of quilting and several patterns.
